Steel Braisers

Steel braisers are not just for braising meet. You need at least one of these in the kitchen because they are so multifunctional. You can use them to boil corn on the cob or potatoes when you have family visiting. You could even use them to cook down large amounts of leafy greens. Of course, they make great soup pots. You can start by braising the meat, and then add the stock and veggies for a flavorful broth.
