Steel Pots With Lids

No kitchen is complete without a set of steel pots with lids. Steel is the preferred material for pots because it heats evenly and remains hot for long after it is removed from the heat. Stainless steel also does not rust, which makes cleanup a breeze. Every steel pot set should contain a one and two-quart pot with fitted lids, a dutch oven and at least two frying pans. Large steel frying pans are great for eggs and omelets in the morning while small ones work well for grilled sandwiches and small pancakes.
